OAB Definition
the process of planning the order of a book’s pages for most efficient and accurate printing and binding. Multiple Images and or units of text are printed on a printer’s sheet in a single run, often with a second run to print the backside of the sheet. The printer’s sheet is then cut into spreads, if needed, and folded into signatures or as appropriate to book structure.
