OAB Definition

stiff-leaved codex made of individual sheets of paperboard that are folded and laminated back-to-back; or made of individual sheets of binder’s board that are bound with an adhered sheet of folded paper. 

ABT Definition

Books whose cover(s) and interior leaves are thick paperboard. Commonly, each leaf is a minimum of two plies of paperboard thickness.
