folded bookform, usually made from a single sheet of paper, that comprises a grid of three or more rows. Cuts are made between rows except for the hinge between the first or last panel in each row, alternating down the sheet. Named after an ancient Greek writing style that moved back and forth across the writing surface. Loosely translates to “as the ox plows”.
